Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

For all orders less than approx. 200 lbs., we normally ship by FedEx Standard Ground. Orders of our products in excess of this weight and orders of large quantity are typically shipped by ground transport with LTL carriers (Less-Than-truckLoad), and are shipped on wooden pallets with banding and shrink-wrap. Such LTL carriers are only authorized to deliver our products to driveway or curb for household deliveries or to a delivery dock for business addresses and are not required to assist in moving the product to alternative locations. Please plan ahead for such deliveries so that your purchase can be moved to a safe location immediately after delivery. In addition, please note that if you request any change to the delivery address stated on your online order AFTER your order is placed, you will be liable for any additional costs levied by the carrier plus an internal processing fee of $25.00.

Return Policy:

If any of our products do not meet your complete expectations or satisfaction, we will accept them back within 30 days with a full refund, less shipping costs for the return. We require proof of purchase (simply provide a reference invoice number), and an explanation of the reason for the return. Please contact Preston Woodcraft by email at info@prestonwoodcraft.com or call us at (425) 998-6166 to obtain the authorization for return (RMA).

NOTE: Any returned product must be packed in the original boxes, or alternatively, packed in or on equivalent packaging which will prevent damage during return shipping to our warehouse. ***If product arrives to us in any condition less than our standard packaging, refund may be denied unless it can be proven to have occurred during shipping from Purchaser to Preston Woodcraft, LLC. Therefore, please TAKE MULTIPLE PICTURES of the product in its final shipping configuration (pictures of the sealed box or pallet, including a shot with the shipping label or unit tag).

Providing the product is returned in the condition in which it was shipped and is in a condition fit for resale, you will receive a full refund based on the invoice price of any product returned, less the cost of the original shipping and handling. If the product has been cut, modified, sealed, painted or subject to any other surface treatment or was damaged by mishandling or misuse, then refund may be denied. In such cases where damage can be clearly demonstrated as having occurred during shipping, then refund will be provided subject to proof of product condition prior to return shipping (TAKE MULTIPLE PICTURES).

No refund will be provided for return of samples.

Any request for return of undamaged product after 30 days of receipt must be approved and confirmed by Preston Woodcraft, LLC before product is returned and is subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original cost of the products.
