Preston Woodcraft provides custom-sized deck tiles in both Ipê and FSC® Massaranduba, as smooth or ribbed variants. Exceptionally useful in reducing the costs and quality problems of on-site cutting and re-working of standard-size tiles to fit at the end of a pattern run. With only a nominal increase in cost over our regular product, we can produce the precise dimension of what is needed within a short timeframe. In addition, the quality of our custom-sized tiles matches the high quality of our standard production tiles.
Both custom-width and custom-length tiles are available. It should be noted that custom-width (more than 8-slat) are significantly more difficult to produce and require a longer lead-time than custom-length tiles.
