The Ipê 2×4′ deck tile is constructed similarly to the 2×2′ tile, but with slats that are twice as long to produce a rectangular deck tile of 8 square feet. This different shape can provide a more lineal and traditional decking look, or can be patterned with other 2×4’s in a parquet pattern, or with other 2×2’s for a variety of different patterns and styles. The rich and warm brown color and varied grain of these Ipê deck tiles makes any plaza or deck a more inviting space. In addition, Ipê is one of the hardest woods in the world, and has abundant natural oil and mineral content, and because of this, it will outlast every other organic deck product.
